OVERVIEW

Goods sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Please contact us at hello@bytheyard.sg for exceptions, such as defect, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with as much information as possible to facilitate the review process.

Fabrics returned should be in original condition (i.e. unwashed, uncut, un-ironed etc.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are sending an item for exchange, the cost of return shipping will also be charged to you.
