DELIVERY RATES

We offer free delivery within Singapore for purchases above S$50.00 per checkout. You may contact us at hello@bytheyard.sg for international shipping.

 

PROCESSING LEAD TIME

In-stock

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (not counting the day the order was placed).

Pre-order

Orders will be processed within 14-21 business days.

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME (LOCAL)

Courier (Flat-rate of SGD$4.00)

Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days with tracking number provided.

Normal Postage (SGD$1.80 for up to 1kg)

Orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days without tracking number.

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME (INTERNATIONAL)

Orders will be delivered within 10-15 business days with tracking number.

 

WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Our courier partners may not be able to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on business days only.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address provided to us is accurate. We are unable to support a change of delivery location once the order has been handed to our courier partners.
